EXPERIENCE

Freelance Creative Director and Content Writer

Working with both agencies and in-housecreative departments, I have created innovative brand experiences, developed fully integrating advertising campaigns and generated unique content across all marketing platforms. I blend seamlessly with existing teams and can hit the ground running in any phase of the creative process. Recent brand and agency partnerships include: 

  • The Mom Project: Partnered and developed online content focused on creating equal pay and opportunity for moms in the workforce. The work took top honors at the Reel Impact Film Festival, 2018. The festival recognizes motion picture that is used to spread messages, drive change and achieve commercial goals for social impact organizations.

  • Beam Suntory: Developed and promoted multiple creative initiatives across the global beverage portfolio for brands such as Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, Suntory Whisky, Sauza Tequila and Pinnacle Vodka. With an emphasis on experiential, event and digital marketing, projects included launching a Women in Whiskey Popup, creating augmented reality cocktails and developing socially aware margaritas for Pride.

  • Founders Brewing Co: Worked directly with the National Accounts division to create experiential programming, social content and digital marketing to expand sales of their All Day IPA. The creative work translated directly into business results with the placement of the IPA on the menus of Southwest Airlines for 2020. 

  • Current Innovations: Created content for social media and blog platforms to increase awareness of the Chicago-backed global consortium of investors, innovators and researchers coming together to solve the world’s water crisis. 

  • FCB Chicago: Developed fully integrated, female-focused campaigns in the health and wellness sector and contributed to multiple new business pitches.

Creative Director. Created integrated advertising campaigns for national and global brands. From conceptual development and copywriting to presentation and production, I was responsible for all aspects of the creative development across traditional, digital and experiential platforms. Lead and mentored junior and mid-level creative teams, created collaborative working relationships throughout departments and managed partner agencies across all communication disciplines. Brands included Samsung and the Kellogg’s Global Master Brand.
